A George Brown College alum and Toronto native, Justin has a true passion for the outdoors. He appreciates all aspects of “farm to table” cooking and is insistent on using only the freshest ingredients. One of his favourite food memories was learning how to catch, clean and cook fish from Northern Ontario from his father. Crediting his work in catering for exposing him to many international flavours and techniques, Justin is always looking to enlighten the kitchen atmosphere and strives to satisfy clients and foodies alike.
Intrigued by unique products and enticed by things out of the ordinary, Ali always had a passion for food and culture. With experience in local restaurants from a young age, he completed post-secondary programs for chef training and culinary management, and has been fortunate enough to take his experience to some of the world’s most renowned restaurants. With the privilege of experiencing Michelin Star winners like Kokkeriet and Geranium, Ali was inspired to combine his skill set and inspirations to create West Queen West’s newest addition.
